Town of Bethany Beach – Public Notice

The Bethany Beach Town Council adopted the following ordinance at its meeting held on Friday, April 20, 2012.
An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 530 (Signs) of the Bethany Beach Town
Code to Exempt the Town from the Ordinance in its Entirety and to Revise the Definition of “Sign”
Synopsis
This ordinance will exempt the Town of Bethany Beach from all provisions of the sign ordinance and will revise the definition of “sign”.
