Day 6: Health Tech Challenge
Day 6: Back to work(out) day
Only time for a brief workout today, coming in at just under 18 minutes with a run at Rhythm Boxing, Basic Step, Super Hula Hoop and a few balance games, as well as a Sun Salutation. This will probably be my basic workout from this point forward.
Oh, but I’m paying for the several sets of Rhythm Boxing yesterday. My shoulders and arms are more than a little sore. But it’s a good sore, and that sense of invigoration is continuing. When you feel your muscles, even if it’s out of soreness, you start to feel a little more accomplished. That makes me mind the continued weight gain a little less. I have to trust that there will be payoff in weight loss down the road, thanks to all this new muscle.
