Free seminar on back pain and arthritis at CHEER center

The Arthritis Foundation Delaware Branch, in conjunction with Beebe Medical Hospital, Delaware Rheumatology Society, and CHEER Community Center, is hosting a free seminar for the public to discuss the latest information regarding back pain and arthritis.

The seminar is being held on Friday, Feb. 22, 1-4 p.m. at the CHEER Community Center, 20520 Sand Hill Road Georgetown.

The focus of this second in series seminar is: “Arthritis Update – New Ways to Take Control of Back Pain.” The speakers include: Dr. John Gomez, a rheumatologist from Rheumatology Associates; Dr. Ronald Sabbagh, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon; Cheyenne Luzader, an expert in complementary and alternative therapies, from Beebe Medical Center; and Dr. Douglas Briggs, an acupuncturist.
