BEGINNING at an iron pipe found along the Northerly right-of-way line of County Road #82, said iron pipe forming a corner for this lot and lands now or formerly of Donald & Genevieve Parsons; thence running by and with the said right-of-way of County Road #82, S. 66 degrees 48 minutes 14 seconds W., 150 feet to a rebar set, said rebar forming a corner for this lot and other lands of this Grantor; thence turning and running by and with a common boundary for this lot and other lands of this Grantor the following two (2) courses and distances: (1) N. 23 degrees 11 minutes 46 seconds E., 300 feet to a rebar set; thence (2) N. 66 degrees 48 minutes 12 seconds E., 181.39 feet to an iron pipe found, said iron pipe forming a corner for this lot, the said other lands of this Grantor, lands now or formerly of Bruce F.
