All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land lying and being in the Town of Millsboro, Dagsboro Hundred, County of Sussex, State of Delaware, and lying on the North side of the continuation of Church Street, which said continuation is widened from 20 feet, which is said street as now is to 28 feet wide, four feet on each side of said street corner for Lot of Hurley B. Mitchell one of these Grantees said described Lots being Lots No. 4 & 5 , lying on the North side of aforesaid Church Street and East side of a Street leading form the four corners to Ben's Mill Pond; thence beginning at the corner of Church Street and East corner of aforesaid street leading from four corners to Betts's Mill Pond, and being Lot No. 5; thence North 27 1/4 degrees East 120 feet to a stake on the East side of aforesaid street and corner for land of Jacob P. TERMS: 20 percent of the purchase money will be demanded on day of sale (The $4,000.00 Bidder Registration Fee will be credited to the 20% deposit). Cash, Certified Check or Cashier's Check, is required. The balance is to be paid on or before October 6, 2008.
