Thelma Woolcock Cochran, 87, of Bethany Beach, formerly of Johnstown, Pa., passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2006.
She was born in Windber, Pa., and was a retired practical nurse.
She is survived by two daughters, Carol Ann Flatley and Debbie Davis; three grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Louis Woolcock.
Services will be private.
