Thomas E. Malice, 62

Thomas E. Malice, 62, of Georgetown, Del., passed away on Friday, June 22, 2012, after a lengthy illness.

Malice was born July 20, 1949, in Wilmington, Del., to the late Michael and Geraldine Baker Malice. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Paul and Michael, and two sisters, Toni Ann and Marlene. He is survived by his wife, Jeannie H. Malice; a son, Thomas Malice, and his wife, Heather, of Georgetown, Del.; a brother, Vincent Malice; a sister, Paula Malice; and two granddaughters, Haley and Autumn.

Malice worked for the State of Delaware Maintenance Department before having to retire due to illness. He attended the St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church in Georgetown. Malice loved fishing, going to the beach, kidding around, pulling pranks, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his granddaughters and family. He passed after a long and difficult battle with illness and transplants, yet was remembered for being brave, strong and dedicated to his family throughout.

A funeral service was scheduled for June 26, 2012, at Watson Funeral Home in Millsboro, Del., through which condolences may be sent online
