TOWN OF MILLVILLE
PUBLIC NOTICE

A Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 14, 2012, at 7:00 p.m., at the Millville Town Hall, 36404 Club House Road, Millville, Delaware, to consider for approval a proposed Ordinance 13-02 amending the Town Code and Zoning Ordinance at Chapter 155, Article IX, entitled “Sign Regulations” and relating to signs.
The Ordinance can be reviewed at the Town Hall during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If unable to attend the Public Hearing, written comments will be accepted prior to the hearing.
The Town’s Regular Meeting of Town Council will follow immediately after the Public Hearing.
