ResortQuest Real Estate announced July’s top producers for all locations at a recent sales meeting.

Kathleen Cramer, Ruth McNeill and Peter Sarafa, with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Bethany Beach, have earned the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Green Designation, the only green real estate professional designation recognized by NAR.

Millville By the Sea is quickly fulfilling its promise to become “Delaware’s next great beach town” with their biggest new homes sales month ever. To celebrate their first full year on the market, the developers initiated several new home sales incentives worth as much as $50,000. At total of 15 new homeowners have taken advantage of the offer just since June 1.

Rick Allamong, branch vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Bethany Beach’s Sunrise Court and Ocean View Parkway offices, recently announced the offices’ top producers for the month of June.

The top producers in the company’s Sunrise Court office were:

· Lauren Alberti, Top Listing Agent;

· Ellen Dolby, Top Sales Agent; and

· Peggy Mullen, Top Producer.

“If you’re considering buying a main home or a new vehicle, be aware that you may qualify for a tax credit or a deduction after the purchase,” said Delaware’s IRS spokesperson, Gregg Semanick, this week.

ResortQuest Real Estate announced June’s top producers for all locations at a recent sales meeting. Bill Hand of the Marketplace at Sea Colony office received top honors for No. 1 in listing volume and No. 1 in sales volume for the month of June.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Greater Baltimore recently announced the company’s top producers for the month of May. These sales associates ranked No. 1 in sales, listings and/or overall production for their respective offices throughout Maryland and Delaware.

Anne Powell of ResortQuest Real Estate has been awarded the National Association of Realtors (NARs) Green designation, the only green real estate professional designation recognized by NAR.

The Sussex County Association of Realtors (SCAOR) held its annual award luncheon on Tuesday, June 9, at the new SCAOR complex on Route 9 in Georgetown. The event highlights member contributions to the association and the profession of real estate, as well as volunteerism in the community.

The Sussex County Association of Realtors (SCAoR) welcomed more than 25 members of the public at their recent “Realtors Go LOCAL” event at their Georgetown office. SCAoR and their Housing Opportunities Partners Committee have developed the program to assist homebuyers in making their dream of home ownership a reality. The LOCAL in Go LOCAL stands for “Local Opportunity Creates Affordable Living.”

Sperry Van Ness-Miller Commercial Real Estate of Rehoboth Beach this week congratulated Managing Broker Bill Lucks for receiving the honor of Realtor of the Year.” One of 10 local agents nominated for the award, Lucks was presented with the honor on Tuesday, June 9, at a luncheon at Sussex County Association of Realtors.

ResortQuest Real Estate this week announced that the husband and wife team of Mary and Al Arrighi has joined the ResortQuest’s Bethany Beach office.

After successful careers in Montgomery County, Md., public schools and the federal government, the Arrighis retired to the Bethany Beach resort area.
